Q: How do I register for the conference?
A: Registration for the conference is $180 plus fees for shuttles or events. The registration process is dependent upon being an individual attendee, distinguished guest and exhibiting or non-exhibiting industry.
Individual attendees must register through their state association. Please contact your state association leadership for a registration application. NGB, Title X officers need to register thru their Affiliated State.

Exhibitor and non-exhibiting registration will open in the near future on the NGAUS conference webpage. Booth sales are available through the Exhibitor Prospectus.
Q: I have registered through my state, now what?
A: All attendees can expect to receive correspondence from NGAUS as we draw closer to the conference start date. Correspondence will let attendees know what to expect upon arrival to the conference. Please ensure you have registered for both the conference and housing (hotel).
Q: I registered for the conference but am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund for registering?
A: All registrations paid to attend the 144th General Conference and Exhibition are refundable less a $15 administration fee until July 15. After July 15, all registration sales are final.

Q: Is there parking available for Busses and Large Vehicles with Trailers?
A: Yes, the Columbus Convention Center East Parking Lot located at 80 E Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 is available for $14 per day.

Q: Do I need proof of vaccination to attend or exhibit?
A: NGAUS encourages vaccination but neither proof of vaccination nor a negative COVID-19 test is required to attend.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask at the conference or exhibition?
A: As of Wednesday, 08 March 2022, masks are no longer required in the city of Columbus, OH.
Q: Should I stay home if I have come in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19?
A: NGAUS asks registered attendees to stay at home if they have COVID-19 symptoms or live with someone who has recently tested positive.
Q: Are there restrictions on the number of people on the exhibit floor, in the sessions or during social events?
A: No.
Q: Will there be a virtual component to the conference?
A: No, there will not be a virtual component or live-streaming similar to last year; however, all major speeches will be posted to the NGAUS YouTube Channel the evening after they are made.

NGAUS is committed to the health and safety of all our attendees, exhibitors, guests and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The leadership is monitoring recommendations from local health authorities and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for large group meetings and events.
The host venue for the 144th General Conference & Exhibition, the city of Columbus has implemented stringent measures to protect guest health and safety as part of a City-Wide Safety Plan, which includes enhanced sanitation, extra air circulation, and employee screening and temperature checks.
Here’s what you can expect:
Masks: Bring your own for your arrival at your hotel.
Hand Sanitizing Stations: They will be available throughout the hotels and the convention center, including common areas and the exhibit hall.
Enhanced cleaning and safety protocols: Conference hotels and the convention center have increased routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas using clean products that meet U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
Enhanced Air Circulation & Filtration: Conference hotels and the convention center have taken measures to provide as much outside air circulation as possible, with air filters that meet or exceed published standards. The GCCC has achieved the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation.
Increased Safety Messages: NGAUS will share health and safety messages through the association’s conference app. The app, sponsored by AFBA, is available for download in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
Medical Personnel on Site: The convention center will have medical personnel on-site to help anyone feeling ill.
