OVERVIEW The NGAUS General Conference is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend.

APP The conference app can be downloaded at https://crowd.cc/s/4hObO.

AGENDA Four four-star generals, including three members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, top the list of speakers at the conference. VIEW AGENDA HERE.

SOCIAL EVENTS Primary social events include the Governor’s Reception, Hospitality Night and the States Dinner. Other events include golf tournaments, a Fun Run, mixers and luncheons. Conference registration is $180.

THEME The theme for the Conference will be The National Guard: At the Heart of It All. The NGAUS board has decided on the Operational Camouflage Pattern uniform for business sessions and other meetings and approved the Ohio National Guard Association’s recommendation of sports jerseys — high school, college, pro or Olympic — for the States Dinner.

EXHIBITION Expect the largest NGAUS trade show in several years at the conference. More than 340 companies have already purchased booth space, according to SPARGO, the association’s contract show manager. The figure is higher than 260 companies last year in Las Vegas and 306 in Denver three years ago.

CONFERENCE VIDEOS NGAUS continues posting recordings of the major speakers here. The available videos now include Gen. James C. McConville, the Army chief of staff; Gen. CQ Brown Jr., the Air Force chief of staff; Gen. Daniel R. Hokanson, the chief of the National Guard Bureau; and Lt. Gen. Laura A. Potter, the deputy Army chief of staff for intelligence.
