NGAUS has filled staff positions in its membership and marketing department and finance and human resources department.

Melvin Bodmer Jr. started this week as the membership database manager in the membership and marketing department, while Kendra Robinson began Dec. 1 as a staff accountant in the finance and human resources department.

Bodmer has over a decade experience in human resources, payroll, and accounting. He previously worked at the Public Risk Management Association, a nonprofit training and education organization in Alexandria, Virginia.

“I look forward to meeting and interacting with members of the National Guard,” Bodmer said.

Robinson’s experience spans over 10 years in various accounting roles as an accounting assistant, accounting clerk and payroll clerk, as well as a bank teller and as an accounting clerk.

She previously worked at BUI Accounting, a nonprofit accounting firm in Washington, D.C., before coming to NGAUS.

“I’m enjoying it,” Robinson said.

Bodmer lives in Woodbridge, Virginia, while Robinson resides in Washington, D.C.
