This year's conference returns to Milwaukee, a destination Vogue magazine calls “the Midwest’s coolest and most underrated city.”

The city long famous for beer, bikes and brats also hosted the conference in 1998 and 2011. It is the only city to host three NGAUS conferences in the past 30 years.

Information
Registration FAQs

How do I register for the conference?

Registration for the conference is $200, plus fees for shuttles or events. The registration process is dependent upon being an individual attendee, distinguished guest and exhibiting or non-exhibiting industry.

Individual attendees must register through their state association. Please contact your state association leadership for a registration application. NGB, Title 10 officers need to register thru their affiliated states.

Exhibitor and non-exhibiting registration are both now on the NGAUS conference webpage - see above. Booth sales are available through the Exhibitor Prospectus.

I have registered through my state, now what?

All attendees can expect to receive correspondence from NGAUS as we draw closer to the conference. Correspondence will let attendees know what to expect upon arrival. Please ensure you have registered for both the conference and housing (hotel).

I registered for the conference, but now, I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund for registering?

All registrations paid to attend the 147th General Conference and Exhibition are refundable less a $15 administration fee until July 15. After July 15, all registration sales are final.

Where Can I Park?

Introduction Each of the 16 conference hotels has different POV parking lots and ramps as well as different daily parking rates. Some hotels have valet parking and others have self-parking.

Hotel Parking Maps The aerial photo shows each hotel in alphabetical order with hotel location and one or two parking options. Each parking lot uses a QRC or promo code to pay for parking, which is explained further on the last page of the maps. The QRC is a separate attachment. Two hotels, the Ambassador and the Hilton, are not on the attached maps because they have their own parking facilities. One hotel, The Trade, uses a “Chaser Ticket” which will be available at the hotel registration counter.

Parking Rates The photo map shows the daily military discounted parking rates.

Parking Facilities Some parking lots are surface spaces and some are parking ramps.  Several hotels have their own inherent parking facilities which may have a slightly different parking rate than the contracted parking. You have the option of using the hotel parking or the less expensive contracted parking lots. The following hotels have inherent parking facilities with daily rates as listed:

  • Ambassador:  $15 self-parking
  • Cambria Suites:  $20 self-parking
  • Drury Plaza:  $22 self-parking
  • Doubletree:  $28 valet parking only
  • Hilton:  $20 self-parking
  • Pfister:  $20 self-parking

Oversized Vehicles and Trailer If you are bringing a panel truck, trailer or coach bus that needs special parking arrangements, please reach out to Bob Klinger at 608-225-8133.

Security Please keep in mind not to leave any valuables in your automobile. Make sure nothing of importance is visible through your car windows.
