Amend 19 U.S.C. §§ 1433 and 1624 to require CBP to authorize inspection and admission of all DoD identification credential holders at military installations and joint-use airports certified by the Department of Defense as meeting customs and immigration processing standards. Additionally, pass legislation to allow certain MCOs to process DoD ID card holders as well.
