Amend 10 U.S.C. § 2640 to require the Department of Defense to authorize Space A travel to, from and between OCONUS locations for:
• Members of the Reserve Components not on active duty
• Members of the National Guard in a drilling status
• Members entitled to receive a Reserve Retirement, but not yet receiving retired pay (Gray Area retirees)
• Accompanying dependents of the above categories
