NGAUS will host the annual Legislative Workshop on Jan. 13 – 14, 2026. This program provides an outstanding platform to discuss legislative priorities and strategic efforts at the federal level. State Legislative Liaisons, Congressional Affairs Contact Officers, and State Association Leadership are invited to collaborate and deepen their understanding of the issues affecting the total force.
Programming will run from 0800 – 1200 each day. Participants are encouraged to schedule their own meetings on the Hill starting from 1300.
The 2026 Legislative Workshop will be held at NGAUS headquarters, in Washington, D.C.
Registration
Registration is complimentary, but state associations and/or individuals are responsible for all expenses. Registration is due 31 DEC 2025 to Mia Weissbluth and Mikaila Flagg.
