Recommendation Information
Move to Public Works (Joint Resolution 3) due to the type of funding (not MILCON) and execution within Public Works
Change the word “Maintenance” to ‘Modernization” in this resolution to match current public works' terminology.
Further, the type of work referenced under this resolution is funded through the Operations and Maintenance appropriation (not Military Construction, aka MILCON) and is executed through Public Works. For this reason, the resolution should be moved to Joint Resolution 3 (Public Works).
