-Can provide video color images, in full high definition resolution (1920X1080 pixels), well beyond human night vision, allowing for greater identification of personnel or equipment and actionable intelligence in adverse conditions
-System must have a form factor that, with the correct add ons, can be mounted on a vehicle or aircraft (fixed or rotary wing), a marine vessel, operated under water, and modularized in various configurations to meet the end users needs
-Provide the Homeland Response and Counter Drug Forces with support to search and rescue operations, monitoring of a perimeter or critical infrastructure protection during darkness or conditions of degraded visibility
-Imaging System will utilize a full frame 35mm complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor with equivalent sensitivity in excess of 4,000,000 International Standards Organization (ISO), which is critical when working in extreme low light environments.
