Justification: Force management funding issues identified in Joint Resolution J19:
A. Funding 100 percent of the required full-time manning requirements of the National Guard
Installation Security issues are covered under Joint Resolution J14.
MCA is funded through re-directed O&M funds within ANGRC budget; not an item directly POM'd and funded from Congress. Not a legislative issue; to be resolved through ADFAC.
