Justification: Force management funding issues identified in Joint Resolution J19:
A. Funding 100 percent of the required full-time manning requirements of the National Guard
Installation Security issues are covered under Joint Resolution J14.
Utilizing current allocated resources across force structure is an ADFAC issue and not a legislative issue.
Recommendation: Delete resolution from ANG resolutions and refer to Joint Committee for consideration.
