Purchase web based management software for construction administration of MILCON and SRM projects. Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements drive consistent contact and data transfer between the government and contractors resulting in large official records being passed via email with many system access barriers. Large file servers need to be maintained at base level to retain records for a minimum of 6 years and 3 months. Web-based user/password access software would allow direct filing from non-government employees an ensure clear communication between those involved in contracts (Contracting Office, United States Property and Fiscal Office, National Guard Bureau, and the contractors). This effort aligns with mandated Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR).
