Integrate available C-12 aircraft with Air Broadband. Recommended quantity is 2 per FEMA Region. Air Broadband capability should be a complete airborne satellite terminal with an ultra small 12 in. antenna and lightweight equipment delivering broadband IP communications-on-the-move. Must be able to send live, full-motion high-definition video over the horizon, make secure phone calls, conduct video conferences, access classified and public networks, and perform mission-critical communications while in flight. The terminal must be FAA and JITC certified for installation and secure network operation. Unit must be able to operate with common existing National Guard Software and operating systems.
