This is an administrative resolution intended to serve as a header to organize all support systems modernization initiatives beneath it as line items. This is a catch all category designed to organize all miscellaneous efforts outside of fleet modernization. This category can include procurement of systems or development of programs and is not limited by any language as to the lime items that can be sub-organized beneath. Line items beneath 'E' are listed in priority order as determined by the Task Force lines of effort and strategic initiatives.

This resolution also serves as a means to holistically speak to the necessity for concurrent and proportional fielding of all fleets to the ARNG.
