Combine H60 requirements of hoist, Foward Looking Infrared Radar (FLIR), internal comms, Civil Band Comms, internal tanks and Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) into one UH60 resolution versus current UH60 requirements being broken out in resolutions E,F, I, P,V. Amend those resolutions to take out UH60 requirements.
