This is an administrative resolution intended to serve as a header to organize all airframe fleet modernization initiative beneath it as line items. Organizing these efforts as line items provides increased fidelity over where the task force priorities lie while allowing a compartmentalized and focused approach to fleet modernization. Line items beneath 'D' are listed in priority order as determined by the Task Force lines of effort and strategic initiatives.

This resolution also serves as a means to holistically speak to the necessity for concurrent and proportional fielding of all fleets to the ARNG.
