Global Command and Control System - Army (GCCS-A), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), Tactical Operation Centers (TOCs), and Force XXI Battle Command, Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Blue Force Tracking have all been develop and many of the software/hardware platforms replaced with newer versions.
The operational environment has changed and the focus is on modernization and the future of the force. No member organizations continue to support this priority. Item is no longer necessary for Standing Resolution ARNG #5.
