Recommendation Information
National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) urges the United States Congress to:
1. Review the current compensation structure for Title 32 Technicians in the National Guard;
2. Consider the vital role that these technicians play in the functioning of the National Guard;
3. Consider the potential for higher compensation as demonstrated by some Title 32 Technicians;
4. Implement a revised compensation structure that provides greater transparency, fairness, and incentives for career advancement.
