Recommendation Information
Federal TA through MilTA for Airmen is only available if they are on some type of orders. This restricts all Air Guardsmen on just a drilling status from receiving Federal TA benefits. This resolution seeks to open up MilTA for those on a drilling status and mirror how the Army offers Federal TA to all statuses.
