Controlled Humidity Protection (CHP) Systems support a key role of the National Guard during the current military drawdown. The National Guard must manage the secure transport and storage of various military equipment while maintaining all in battle-ready condition. A modular, flexible reusable and cost efficient shelter that is a barrier to both moisture and vapors ensures vital equipment is maintained in its original condition and battle-ready, regardless of the outside environment. As the National Guard oversees the movement and transfer of equipment amongst military bases nationwide, there is a direct need for protective shelters that maintain constant temperature and humidity in transportable reusable and cost efficient storage systems.
