Recommendation Information
Elimination of Title 10 USC 12011 and 12012 requirement for E-8 and O-4 controlled grades from the tables. This will allow each state to meet current and emerging mission requirements without controlled grade limitations. Specifically, every officer position is a minimum of 0-4 in the Air National Guard and controlled grade limitations can prevent meeting the position authorization.
