The Federal Tuition Assistance (FED TA) program can be burdensome to use and often suffers from delayed payments to universities causing hardships on the servicemember. Request a resolution to simply usability of the FED TA program to reduce complications with servicemember use of the system and to streamline the reimbursement process from the Federal Government to Higher Education Institutions. The intent of this resolution is to remove barriers and policy issues that would otherwise hinder servicemember attendance at Higher Education Institutions.
