Remove and replace resolution ANG#3 line items with the following line items.
A. Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA): State-of-the-art RADAR to detect, track & target traditional and asymmetric threats for homeland defense and In-Theater defense.
B. Persistent air dominance enabler: 4th and 5th generation fighter operations dictate increased on station time with limited Air-to-Air refueling capability for the 4th generation fighter.
C. Upgraded cockpit displays: Current legacy displays are incapable of properly displaying advanced information due to small size and outdated technology, hampering employment. Smart color display systems are required to intuitively display and process data.
D. Multi-Spectral search/track/target system: Passive sensor that couples with AESA radar to enable targeting in radar jamming environments and against asymmetric threats
E. Modernized electronic warfare suite - A robust integrated electronic attack suite to enable the F-15C to counter current and future radar and infrared threats. The system shall incorporate a digital radar warning receiver, digital radio frequency memory jammer and ALE-58 BOL.
