Cold Weather States lack a multi-functional facility that can accommodate the Army ACFT requirements at a low cost, non-permanent option. The Cocoon multi-functional facility is corrosion free, PVC cladding that will no support combustion, 20-year PVC material life cycle, Maintenance free, Rapidly erected, Building code compliant and Relocatable.

A low cost, non-permanent facility that serves as a multi-functional facility to meet numerous operational and domestic support needs. Having a low cost, non-permanent multi-functional facility enables the cold weather states to conduct and meet regulatory ACFT requirements in a safe and reliable environment. Additionally, the facility can be utilized as a multi-functional space in the event of domestics operational support and serve as a staging location for resources and Soldiers. An asset that most cold weather states lack in a facility with size and space to accommodate. Lack of resources and availability to meet regulated ACFT requirements while also losing a reliable and sustainable support asset that meets a wide variety of needs. Low cost and non-permanent facility that avoids MILCON costs and permanent building requirements.
