Justification: Is not top of Mission Support Group or ADFAC priorities. All NGB priorities for new firefighting equipment (both aerial and structural) are being pursued under DOMOPS requirements and is prioritized under ANG Domestic Capability Priorities (DCP) efforts. Delete from ANG and transferred to Joint Resolution committee for consideration under J-4. ARFF Vehicles are currently in 2020 DCP priorities with Structural Firefighting Vehicles ranked #4 within Critical Capabilities for Emergency Support Function-4 (Firefighting).
