Increase production rate for C-130 J model Block 8 upgrade. Block 8 provides critical improvements to communication and navigation capabilities that are essential in the modern airspace environment. Furthermore, it provides Tactical Data Link capability, which is necessary for the next fight and is not installed on Block 6.0 aircraft. Current projections show ANG Block 6 aircraft being updated no earlier than 2028.
