Fund additional High-Resolution Display - Center Display Unit (CDU) for Post Block F-16s (Blk40/50 models).
Recommendation Information
This is to remove the Block 30 F-16s from the funding request. The Block 30s in the ANG are already upgraded with CDUs. Most current ANG Blk 40s and 50s are as well. As ANG Blk 30 F-16s and A-10s are retired, they will be replace with Active Duty Blk 40 and 50 F-16s which do not have CDUs. This a modification that is required before F-16 radars can be upgraded to Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars.
