Propose that ARNG Nurse Practitioners receive a yearly Bonus like Physicians and Physician Assistants
Recommendation Information
Currently only ARNG physicians and ARNG physician assistants get a yearly bonus, ARNG nurse practitioners do not. Nurse practitioners do the same job as physician assistants. Nurse practitioners can open their own private clinic without physician oversight, physician assistants cannot. The first two get yearly bonuses and the last does not. This needs to change.
