Recommendation Information
SmartCan is a fielded program of record for the ANG and a validated requirement. ACC had fielded 2 per unit but has not followed up with full fielding funding to properly issue required equipment. PATS-70 serviceable inventory does not support existing requirements. There are not sufficient numbers of testers to support WMP tasking. This resolution is supported by the CAF Task Force.
