This capability shall include:
The rapid advancement in enemy threat weapons has degraded the F-15 ability to retain first launch and first kill opportunities. Therefore, air dominance F-15 aircraft require the ability to carry and employ the latest Air-To-Air weaponry to remain viable in today’s high end fight as well as protect the homeland. To accomplish this, the F-15’s Operational Flight Program (OFP) must be amended to support the latest Air-To-Air weapons. Lastly, updating software capability to tie in to the open system of the Eagle is required to give modern software.
