This will allow Army National Guard Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) to maintain the same capabilities and training as the Active force. Additionally, it will enable Manned Unmanned Training (MUM-T) capabilities with the four Attack Reconnaissance Units within the National Guard and increase domestic operations capability. This resolution is to inculcate on National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2019 and the study required by Congress to evaluate the feasibility of the MQ-1C in the Army National Guard. The Army National Guard maintains several locations where MQ-1C companies could be stationed that would facilitate the necessary airspace, training, manning, and logistical support that would allow for a high degree of readiness for these units.
