Recommendation Information
Facilitate the transfer of C-17 aircraft with current Extended Range (ER) modification to the Air National Guard units at a rate concurrent and balanced with Active duty. (AD is currently at 77% while ANG is currently at 60% fleetwide)
Modify the remaining ANG C-17 Non-Extended Range fleet to Extended Range configuration. (Current TCTO adds ER capability along with OBIGGS II System)
