The Liberator: LtCol Felix Sparks’ pistol used at the Liberation of Dachau

Used at the Liberation of Dachau Concentration Camp, the 45 caliber pistol on display is on loan to us from the Colorado National Guard. Serving in World War 2, LtCol Felix Sparks used this custom-designed pistol to quash the pandemonium when the gates of Dachau opened for the first time to the American soldiers.
