The Personnel Task Force will develop legislative strategies for programs  that address the evolving needs of the National Guard in the joint personnel areas that include but are not limited to force management, benefits and compensation, retirement issues, education, and technology. The Task Force will provide expert input to the resolutions process; and establish priorities that will ensure readiness for both the state and federal mission. The Task Force will facilitate telephonic conferencing for its meetings at NGAUS.
