Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)

With the release of the DoD recommendations to the BRAC commission in May 2005, it became readily apparent that the impact of BRAC on the National Guard and on the concept of “federalism” would be greater than anyone could have imagined.  To facilitate full and accurate exchange of information, NGAUS established the BRAC Information Center which you have just entered.  Here you will find a chronological data base that will be available until the final pieces of the BRAC puzzle are put in place.  We think you will find it to be an invaluable source.
