Mobilization Issues

     Following the early deployments to OEF/OIF, National Guard leaders
     have urged significant changes to mobilization policy, practices and
     procedures. Recent DoD and Army mobilization changes have reflected
     the Army’s positive response to some of these suggested changes.
     More work needs to be done and there are some areas of concern.
