TRICARE for Gray-Area Retirees

NGAUS was successful in securing TRICARE availability for "gray area" retirees in the 2010 NDAA.  Our task now is to expedite rules within TMA to permit implementation of the legislation for our retirees.  We have posted here the steps that led to passage of the legislation to assist our members in pursuing “fast-track” action by TMA.
